职位描述：
? Responsible for the design of the opto-mechanical system respecting customer requirements, product cost targets and manufacturing requirements
? Responsible for all internal (HW, displays, etc.) and external (customer) interfaces to the design
? Creates Design Concepts
? Ensures that only proven design solutions get released for series tooling (documentation in DOORS)
o Delivers evidence that requirements on system level are fulfilled (DOORS)
o Responsible for tolerance calculations etc. on system level
o Analyses test results and function of prototypes. Finds root causes of deviations and defines necessary design changes
? Completion of system design in line with the Level-2 time schedule (responsible)
o Design on system level in projects
o Responsible for CAD data structure and quality
o Responsible for documentation of design progress (design history)
o Defines tasks for design resources (local and off site)
o Checks quality of designs and drawings (system and sub system / component level)
? Creates input to BOM (Mechanics)
? Creates functional specifications
? Permanently reviews design decisions / changes with the mechanical engineering team
? Responsible for customer and internal drawings on system level
? Responsible for CAD data transfer to customers and suppliers
? Uses all required processes as defined in this procedural instruction and in PDP

Competence:
Requirements profile:
? core competences in mechatronics, plastics engineering, metal technology, automotive experience (at least 3 years)
? Excellent knowledge of CATIA V5
? Excellent knowledge of the BHTC product(Climate control unit/panel) structure
? Knowledge (and experience) in employee management
? Knowledge of dealing with suppliers and customers
? general knowledge of project management
? general knowledge of change management
? Knowledge of the BHTC processes (e.g., PEP)
? Knowledge in the areas of:
o Requirements Management and Analysis (DOORS)
o System design
o System test
o Supplier management
o Basic knowledge in quality assurance
? special tool knowledge in:
o MS Office
o MS Project Server 2013
o DOORS
o KM-Tool PDM (basic knowledge)
o Microsoft portal server
