The purpose of this position is to:
Responsible for material planning, production planning, traffic planning and warehouse management. Cost analysis and year to year cost saving. Ensure the supply for production and the delivery for customer.

Job description:
Manage daily MP&L activities, including material planning, logistics, ordering, warehouse, packaging, import/export and customs, ensure to meet the operational performance requirements.
Take part into the design of the supply chain, including standard layout, warehouse, operational location, in support of the operations strategy.
Setup KPIs for MP&L department, and monitor the daily operation performance and conduct performance review regularly, including planning & stock accuracy, inventory turnover, delivery on time etc.
Coordinate and work with internal/external customers including production, purchasing, sales and customers, as well as regional and global team.
Manage providers with regional team with clearly identified KPI's.
Develop and manage MP&L team.
Ensure the Logistics & Supply Chain Team search for opportunities to improve operation and ERP system, financial requirements and reporting system.
Foster a productive and positive working culture and employee welfare.

Position specifications:
Experience:
8 years above experience and working knowledge of planning and warehouse function in international manufacturing companies, and at least 2 years’ experience in management role
Experience in a "Just In Time" environment, preferably within the Automotive Industry
Experience in new facilities set ups, material planning and delivery systems through ERP system
Experience in managing and developing budgets/forecast
Experience in managing and developing a team of logistic professionals
Project management experience
Proven customer service and financial orientation
Skills & Knowledge:
Solid knowledge on ERP, deeply understanding planning methodologies
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
Strong communication skills
Sound understanding of automotive lean manufacturing systems and principles
Sound knowledge of Quality systems (i.e. TS16949, APQP, 5S, TPS)
Strong Leadership & Change Management Skills
Good oral and writing English
