职位描述：
?Fill the opening positions to meet business needs, improve recruitment efficiency.
?Expand recruitment channel and reduce recruitment cost (new headhunters, web searching, re-negotiate price etc.).

?Implement payroll changes (sick leave, pay increase, bonus etc.) and co-ordinate with HR agent to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll payment.
?Monitor HR regulation changes and ensure the company HR policy is in compliance with regulations (e.g. maternity leave policy, one child policy, annual statutory benefit adjustment etc.).
?Seek opportunities to optimize the payroll structure, and maximize net pay to the employees (e.g. pension delay scheme, year end bonus incentives).
?Support the staff appraisal process, such as quarterly bonus scheme facilitation, My Place and annual performance review filing.
?Support staff development plan. Manage staff training programs effectively and economically, including develop training plan, implement training and evaluate training result.
?Ensure TS16949 and ISO14000 compliance for HR functions with support from MFG/HR co-ordinator.
?Manage employment contract process (new employee, contract renewal etc.), ensure the employment document and employee personal file is 100% in compliance of HR procedures.
?Implement employee activities, such as annual party, all staff meeting, outing to promote ER, with support from MFG/HR co-ordinator.
?Complete employee survey.
