description:

SHIPPING CLERK

Working closely with branch general manager,
the shipping clerk will be in charge of coordinating forwarders and suppliers
for shipments and prepare shipping documents.

She/he
will also be in charge of dialy duties such as arranging business trips for
management and quality inspector, controlling daily office expenses or sending
express samples.

Required
skills:

- highly motivated,
well organized, detail oriented multitasking, independent with good follow-up
skills.

- At
least 2 years experience in similar field

- Native Mandarin with Fluent spoken and written English

- Knowledge of foreign trade terms & related
documentation and logistics.
