职位描述：
（1）负责VR场景、角色、特效等设计工作，主导整体3D美术风格；
（2）负责参与3D美术工作流程的制定和规范；
（3）对产品的3D美术质量负责；
（4）负责分享3D美术经验、推动提高团队的设计能力。
任职要求：
（1）有游戏美术制作经验，具备VR相关产品设计经验优先 ；
（3）3D出身并具有丰富的创作实践经验和深厚的美术功底 ；
（4）熟悉3D项目制作流程，熟练掌握3DMax，Maya等建模软件；
（5）良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神，善于和团队中的其他角色进行良好的沟通与合作；
