Job Descriptions:
? Conducting legal research and preparing memos.
? Liaising with government authorities on client matters.
? Performing due diligence reviews and preparing due diligence reports.
? Handling transaction closings.
? Drafting various agreements and other legal documents.
? Participating in client meetings and negotiation sessions.
? Tracking legal developments and preparing client alerts.
Qualifications:
? Law degree (Undergraduate or Graduate) from a Chinese university and licensed in China.
? Overseas law degree or certificate preferred but not essential.
? At least four years of relevant work experience at an international law firm.
? Merger & acquisition experience and general corporate experience
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
? Outstanding writing and analytical skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Very good command of English.
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
