Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Perform failure analysis on non functioning HID products, understand the root caused and address with appropriate corrective actions; collect data to drive continuous improvement and prevent reoccurrence of the same failures.

· Establish and execute reliability test program; collaborate with Product Quality and Engineering on the test specification.

· Perform in-process inspection and on finished product at the suppliers/contract manufacturer in accordance to HID products drawings and record results on appropriate documentation; communicate any discrepancies to the person(s) responsible for root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action activities.

· Control non-conforming product in accordance with HID drawings and verify timely corrective and preventative actions completion and effectiveness.

· Supervise the Source Inspectors day to day activities.

· Train the Source Inspectors to perform in-process inspection and on finished product in accordance to the HID product drawings.

· Perform audits at the suppliers/contract manufacture and establish report; verify timely corrective and preventative actions completion on the findings and effectiveness.

· Comply with and reinforce the requirements of quality/standard operating procedures and others at the suppliers/contract manufacturer.

Education and/or Experience

· College degree in a related field is preferred

· 2-4 years of experience in production/quality management

· 2+ years of industry experience in Access Control, RFID Contactless card.

· Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
