Mission of Function
- Sales of Siemens steam power generation equipment to Chinese EPC companies for the projects outside China
Dimensions of Function
- SPEP sales team: about 100 million USD per year
Contacts (internal / external)
- Internal: SPEP Engineering Groups / Siemens Energy Fossil Power Generation sales group, Sales Erlangen & Orlando.
- External: Chinese EPC companies; Shanghai Electric (SEC)
Areas of Responsibility/Tasks
- Sales of Siemens equipment to Chinese EPCs for projects outside China
- Achieve E F PR sales targets of Siemens equipment supply to Chinese customers, and secure Siemens technology market share
- Power market survey (government policy, market investigation and analysis, potential of market, competitor activities)
