· 审视改善现有的人事工作流程;
· 制定人力资源规划,完成招聘选拔工作;
· 准备高级别候选人的面试,安排有总经理签名的入职信的发放;
· 处理工资相关事宜,有效管理税收、社会保险以及其他必须费用的计算与扣减;
· 有效处理与外部机构的关系,处理人事以及政府政策相关的问题;
· 管理员工福利,保持与员工的畅通交流;
· 与集团人力资源经理保持沟通,依据集团政策制定大中华区的人力发展计划;
· 分析和制备周期人力资源分析报告,如员工离职报告等;
· 完成员工辅导与纪律处分工作;
· 建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式(包含招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设),制定和完善人力资源管理制度
· 为管理层提供相应的人力建议和方案,及时处理公司管理过程中出现的人力资源问题;
· 帮助管理层控制人员成本;
· 保持与子公司的人事工作与当地劳工法例的一致性,保障当地的人事工作受到有效的监管;
· 随时向子公司更新公司的人力资源政策;
· 保证定期对分公司的巡视;
· 具有良好的英语沟通能力,有德企工作经验为佳
· Review and improve existing HR procedures.
· Strategize and implement recruitment and selection processes in line with manpower plans.
· Conducting the interview for higher level candidates and arranging offer letter for GM’s signature.
· Processing of payroll which includes: efficient administration of taxes, social insurance and other compulsory contributions and deduction.
· To present the company in dealing with outside bodies effectively, with respect to personnel issues and updated government policies.
· Administer staff welfare and communications.
· Communicating with Holding HR manager for the company's policy and development on HR so that to implement group and HR programs in mainland China
· Preparing and analyzing periodic manpower statistical report such as staff turnover report
· Staff counseling and disciplinary procedures
· Develop and implement training and development
· Provide management with appropriate recommendations and alternatives to effectively manage HR issues that may arise from time to time.
· Contributing to the company's management team by advising on proactive measures on compensation and benefit, motivation, training and development.
· Helping the management to control on the staff cost.
· Keeping abreast of the local labor law of the satellite offices and guarantee that the local HR staff's work is under supervision.
· Always keeping the HR staff in the satellite offices informed of the company’s new policy on HR side.
· Travelling to the satellite offices regularly is necessary.
· Fluent English skills is must. Working experience in German company is preferred
