职位职责
1.以最有利于PPG张家港的条款签订和执行采购、土建和服务合同。
2.确保遵守PPG采购程序、PPG商业准则和PPG商业道德标准。和合格供应商及承包商保持适当的长期的关系。对所需的货品和/或服务有清晰的认知。和供应商联系，确保及时供货。维持良好的内部工作关系。识别机会更好地进行采购、阻止价格增长和降低价格。
3.根据MRP输出的结果，与历史用量进行对比权衡，依照看板系统来下采购订单，在保持较低库存与提供足够库存之间做出权衡来满足客户要求。与供应商谈判以获取更低的价格和更好的服务，从而为公司节约成本。与技术人员一起进行原材料本地化工作。通过与供应商的日常沟通来跟踪采购订单的状态（预计出发时间，预计到达时间，收获时间），维护MRP系统中的相关参数；核对进口文件，并为海关提供适当的文本文件以进行清关工作；与财务部门合作，做成本预算、建立付款方式；分发COA，与技术部门合作；做供应商评估和发展。

要求
1.商务、工程等相关专业大学毕业。
2.熟练掌握中英文。
3.熟练使用计算机。
4.至少五年以上采购工作经验。
5.熟悉ERP系统，并具备一定的MPS/MRP知识。
6.良好的沟通，计划，协调，合作以及解决问题的能力。

JOB FUNCTION
1.Sign and execute purchase, construction and service contracts with the most favorable terms for PPG Zhangjiagang.
2.Insure full compliance with PPG purchasing procedures, PPG business conduct policy and PPG Global Code of Ethics. Maintain sound business and long term relationships with qualified suppliers and contractors. Have a clear understanding of the nature of goods/ or services required. Consult with suppliers for the delivery time and guarantee to supply in time. Maintain good working relationships internally. Identify any opportunity to purchase better, resist price increases and reduce costs.
3.Use MRP output, leverage with historic usage data, and follow with Kanban system to release purchase order, balance the goal of maintaining low inventories and providing adequate stocks to meet customer requirements; Negotiate with suppliers for lower price and better service to acquire more savings for the company; Work with technical people to localize raw material sourcing. Follow up the status of the purchasing orders issued (ETD, ETA, Receiving) through daily communication with suppliers; Maintain related parameters in MRP system; Check incoming import documentation and provide proper paperwork to the Customs to do clearance; Cooperate with the Accounting Dept. to do cost calculating and settle the payments; Distribute the COA and inter act with the technical group; Do supplier evaluation and development.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent.
2.Fluency in Chinese and English.
3.Familiar with PC software such as Microsoft Office.
4.Minimum 5 years experience in sourcing.
5.Be familiar with ERP and have certain MPS/MRP knowledge.
6.Good communication, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
