职位描述
岗位职责
1、建立健全设备管理制度、维护保养制度，做好设备技术资料的形成、积累、整理、立卷、归档工作；
2、编制年、季、月度施工设备的预检计划、设备大中修计划，备件制造和供应计划；
3、根据施工发展或项目需要，协同上级制订新设备采购、投资计划，组织设备的选型和申购；
4、负责公司各类设备运行情况的检查、记录、考核以及日常管理工作；
5、负责各类设备的维护保养管理工作，在机电设备安装工程中起到审核、协调、监督的作用；
6、编制设备安全操作规程，做好对操作人员的技术操作考核，签发操作合格证等工作；
7、协助上级领导处理突发事件。

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，机械、工程、自动化等相关专业；
2、2年以上动力设备维护管理工作经验，有大型动力设备维护经验者优先；
3、熟悉工程机械构造原理，有一定工程机械故障处理经验、机械设计和机械维护经验，熟知设备保养、维修流程及规范和标准；
4、能够对工程机械设备进行维修维护及故障排除并能从事现场工作，熟练使用现代化办公软件、Auto CAD等制图软件、办公设备；
1、大专及以上学历，机械、工程、自动化等相关专业；
2、2年以上动力设备维护管理工作经验，有大型动力设备维护经验者优先；
3、熟悉工程机械构造原理，有一定工程机械故障处理经验、机械设计和机械维护经验，熟知设备保养、维修流程及规范和标准；
4、能够对工程机械设备进行维修维护及故障排除并能从事现场工作，熟练使用现代化办公软件、Auto CAD等制图软件、办公设备；
5、拥有“电工进网作业许可证（高压）”者优先；
6、能用英语沟通者优先；
7、具有极强的责任心。
