职位描述：
1、负责网店日常策划、上架、推广、销售、售后服务等经营与管理工作；
2、负责网店日常维护，保证网店的正常运作，优化店铺及商品排名；
3、 熟悉淘宝搜索规则，负责产品搜索排名优化、流量优化、转化率优化，提高搜索流量和转化率；
4、 负责执行与配合公司相关营销活动，策划店铺促销活动方案；

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，为人诚信正直，两年年以上天猫/淘宝运营经验；对电子商务有着深刻的了解及研究；
2、熟悉网站推广及运营，能够独立策划并执行相关推广及营销活动；
3、热爱互联网，有敬业精神，善于沟通与协调，做事认真、细致，具有高度的责任心具有敏锐的市场意识，善于把握电子商务发展趋势；
