职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY
Skilled purchasing program management with supplier management and some technical skills needed to support the CM project are goes as required schedule under DTC/capital

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Perform CM NCS checklist management for new projects; utilize PWA tool to plan, organize and coordinate all the project NCS activities, ensure an on time DV/PV and smooth SOP under DTC/capital,
? Coordinate DE/SQE to finish the TLP on time.
? Coordinate team (PPM/PMT/CPT/DE/SQE) to finish the supplier selection on time.
? Co-work with DE/SQE/Molding engineer and supplier to deliver the DV/PV sample on time and sign off the PPAP on time.
? Coordinate the RP process and release PO to supplier for tooling/samples.
? Maintain a database for generated and placed orders,
? Prepare the contract and apply for advanced payment for toolings.
? Co-work with supplier, BC molding team and MAKE molding team to qualify the in-house tooling on time and review/confirm for pay the suppliers’ commercial invoices and control the timely payment.
? Follow-up with suppliers for deliveries of technical proposals, prototypes, samples, design changes and other information needed from team, interact with CPT teams, PMT team, supplier quality, materials management, engineering and operations
? Deal with any purchasing related issues from team and suppliers during CM development

REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical/electrical/electronic/materials/supply chain or its equivalent
o With at least 3 years of related working experience in related purchasing area.
? Solid knowledge of NCS management process, and understanding of Quality operating systems.
? Familiar with the MFG process and cost structure for different commodities.
? Good at communication, good at work planning and fulfillment control, negotiating, and problem solving skills.
? Good skill of organizing and teamwork spirit.
? Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
? Preferable not mandatory
