职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead team to achieve channel sales target
带领团队达成渠道销售目标
2. Responsible for setting and developing the Business Plans for different channel
负责不同的渠道生意计划的制定及完善
3. In charge of routine sales operation affairs, including sales meeting, market visit, client visit and etc.
负责日常销售运营事务，包括销售会议、市场考察、客户拜访等
4. Manage, train and conduct evaluation on the local sales team
对当地销售团队进行管理、培训及绩效考核
5. Coordinate with HQ marketing, trade marketing and KA team to achieve listing target, execute display standard, and etc.
和总部市场部、通路行销部和KA团队合作，共同完成既定目标，执行陈列标准等。
6.负责上皖北城市的业务工作

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
2. 5+ years work experience, 3+ years diversity channel management experience in FMCG
5年以上工作经验，3年以上快消品行业各类渠道管理经验
3. Good communication and influence skill
良好的沟通能力及影响力
4. Leadership, strategic thinking and initiative
团队管理能力，战略性思维及创新性
5. Hard working and can work under pressure
