职位描述：
DC Operations:
?Understand DC process and company policy well, make sure DC process in compliance with policy. Maintain DC SOP updated from both 3PL and Nike logistics operation perspective.
?Establish return processing plan in compliance with S&OP and DC, and keep closely track of return execution progress to ensure target being achieved.
?Work with S&OP and IM to monitor return processing priority to maintain NFS supply and facilitate C/O inventory liquidation.
?Working as DC operation consultant to Nike internal departments and be an efficient contact window and provide logistics solutions to fulfill business requests from DC perspective.
?Operation related return tracking reporting maintain with rational analysis to support business needs and be able to take initiative to develop reports for various purposes once needed.

3PL Management
?Manage DC daily performance to ensure their monthly KPI achieved.
?Verify 3PL operation billings and monitor actual operation cost.
?Keep good working relationships with external partners, on-site monitor DC operation process if needed.
?Participate in 3PL relationship management programs.
?Participate in other continuous process improvement programs.

Internal Control & Compliance
?Support SOX and GRC audit requirements, perform on site audit with 3PL and track the status of construction and related documents.
