The Job:
Administrative to support Sales team/DSM
- Account Review & update;
- Business development & retention support;
Manage monthly Sales Executive Scorecards.
Market Survey & cold call.
Create Sales & Marketing Flyers, Presentation update.
Support on monthly commission and revenues report.
Weekly and monthly A/R follow up.
Prepare weekly branch sales meeting, highlights special notes and recap.
Coordinate visitor sales call plan.
Assist with event planning and seminar preparation.
General administration – office appliances.

The Qualifications:
University student.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel & PPT.
Good communication skills.
Sense of responsibility, detail oriented and good interpersonal skills. 举报 分享
