职位描述
1) Develop the simulation model on the basis of sufficient data, taken all boundary conditions into full consideration
2) Continuously optimize the model and keep it up to date
3) Conduct production simulations to identify the bottlenecks, provide with technical analysis and judgments
4) Track OEE and update related parameters in the simulation model
5) Track layout change and update related parameters in the simulation model
6) Analyze the impact of change request, to be the change request coordinator
7) Analyze daily production data to compare the gap between actual figure and the simulation results, in order to optimize the models
8) Support time study within the IE team when necessary
