Responsibilities and challenges:
To develop and execute sustainable business process management model for by supporting the Divisional ERP system as key enabler, collaborate new business request with APAC SSC team who govern the APAC ERP template and the associated project management methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage ERP AX incident and problem ticket from users
? Build efficiency communication between outsource service CGI and AX users
? Responsible of business process enhancement and improvement
? Formulate ERP project strategies from business aspects to proactively implement change management
? Support Management to formulate long term business process improvement roadmap for all entities
? Conduct post-implementation assessment, drive continuous process improvement and manage ERP change requests from operating sites
? Establish strong project governance and communication structure in local entities towards ERP objectives
? Setup and monitor AX operation performance KPI
? Audit user role and security regularly
? Coordinate and support AX user activity
? Partner with the APAC ERP Core Team, local entity process owners and management personnel to ensure effective, quality and timely ERP project and deliverables
Tasks:
? Establish project plan for the business-driven activities in the ERP project
? Review / escalate risks and issues
? Manage Project Scope – Change Requests from the Fit/Gap sessions
? Review and approve partner deliverables to meet business process requirements.
? Stakeholder communications - Communicate project status to the steering committee, project sponsor, and the project team
? Chair business project status meetings, minutes project meetings, maintains issues lists
? Analyze and follow-up issues, risks and actions
? Coordinate availability of key users and Partner resources. Track and follow-up tasks assigned to key users
? Prepare business readiness and cutover plans in consultation with local management team
Key Requirements:
? In depth knowledge and hands on experiences of key business processes in a manufacturing environment
? Solid understanding of different finance functional requirements (accounting and reporting, FP&A, internal control, China tax regulations etc.). Costing and management accounting experience in manufacturing environment is a must
? Strong cross-functional skills in finance, sales and commercial, supply chain and operation processes
? Experience of working as project manager / business process leader / subject matter expert in a major ERP implementation environment such as SAP, Oracle, AX – required at a minimum, 3 full life cycle ERP implementations
? Demonstrated ability to analyse, manage and resolve business process as well as project issues with an analytic, systematic and creative approach
? Proven track record of project management and organisational change management capabilities
? Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to the mission of the Group
? Highest level of business ethics
? Smart self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity and make sound professional judgment
? Strong Communication and presentation skills. Leadership qualities include cross-functional collaboration and communicating with management of operation sites.
? ‘Can-do’ attitude with influencing skills and the ability to lead in an environment where the resources involved are often ‘owned’ by the entities and not by the job holder.
? Prepared to travel extensively within the operation sites
? Excellent Chinese and English skills (spoken and written)
