OVERVIEW
As an Editor in Chief at Publicis.Sapient, you will be responsible for managing the overall copywriting efforts for a specific client(s). Also managing other copywriters in their overall efforts to research, conceptualize, write, proofread and edit original content and digital experiences. 


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of up to 8 writers and designers to create fresh parent and baby content all year
Collaborate with Engagement lead and strategy lead to set annual content strategy 
Direct tone of voice of the NESTLE IMF brands
Create annual, monthly and weekly editorial plans including text, visuals, video and mini activations
Build and manage relationships with content partners eg. baby tree
Build and manage relationships with KOL and freelance writers and artist
Control overall content quality and effectiveness 


REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
8 years plus work experience in infant & Mon related channel or platform. Such as

Website：摇篮网、搜狐母婴、妈妈网、宝宝树、辣妈帮、育儿网、太平洋亲子网、新浪育儿
Experience in leading editorial team
Experience in digital publishing
Preferred writing experience in infant and baby care content
