职位描述：
To ensure product quality for internal and external customers. To promote and ensure Quality culture on the shop floor.
1. 负责控制计划、检验规范的编制
Compile the control plan and inspection instruction
2. 负责组织实施过程检验和最终检验
Organize to implement the procee/outgoing inspection.
3. 负责实施过程审核，监督产品审核，参与内审
implement process audit, product audit, participate in internal audit
4. 协调处理客户抱怨，包括与客户沟通，推进内部的纠正以及改善等。
Coordinate to deal with customer complaint,including communicating with customer,define and follow up internal correction an improvement
5. 负责收集、分析生产过程、顾客抱怨件质量数据，利用适当的质量工具开展质量改进，并验证措施的有效性
    Quality performance collection and analysis based on suitable quality tool,beside,corrective and prevention action definitation and verification based on analysis .
6. 负责巡检员的应知、应会技能培训和考试，并管理巡检员的日常活动
    Responsible for process inspector training to meet inspection skill requirement and manage their daily work.
7. 参与工艺纪律检查，并监督整改措施的实施
   Implement Layor process audit,and follow-up all the findings.
8. 参与项目各阶段的评审活动
   Participate project gate review,give necessary support.
9. 负责贯彻、实施公司有关环境、职业安全健康方面的有关要求
   Take action to meet the environmental,occupational health requirements.

职位任职者需要展现的专业能力Professional skills and abilities
1. 机械工程或相关领域学士/硕士学位Bachelor/Master degree in mechanical engineering or similar
2. 熟悉动力总成件问题分析Problem analysis experience in powertrain components;
3. 质量专业知识System know-how Knowledge in quality area;
4. IATF16949体系审核员，VDA6.3或FormelQ培训证书 IATF16949 Auditor,VDA6.3 or FormelQ
5. 熟悉五大工具Knowledge and Experience in APQP/Tools;
6. 团队合作Working in team, supporting and implementing team decisions
7. 持续改进Learning by doing and continuous improvement;
8. 优秀的沟通技巧和抗压能力Strong communication skills and work under pressure;
9. 积极主动的工作态度Self-motivation and aggressive attitude
