职位描述：
Job Description: Senior sourcing specialist

1. Concept development: Communicate with headquarters independently, understanding sourcing requirements quickly and correctly, and advise/support headquarters on the development of new concepts.
2. Supplier management: Identifying the right supplier in a short time frame, and maintain the list of preferred and backup suppliers.
3. Project & Order management: facilitate all necessary paperwork (purchase order, Triplex, invoices, shipping document), make retro planning/daily schedules and Follow up delivery schedule with suppliers tightly, and push suppliers to solve any urgency in production.
4. Evaluate suppliers on-site.
5. Negotiate with suppliers on all terms related to a purchase order; ensure suppliers are aware of all the requirements from headquarters, on price, quality, test, schedule, sampling, etc.
6. Coordinate with QA to arrange sampling, testing and on-site inspection.
7. Help QC to do on-site inspection, when needed.
8. Help headquarters to maintain relationship with suppliers.
9. Update database (product specification sheets) to headquarters


Qualification: (Toy/small gift industry)

1. Bachelor degree
2. Fluent both in English/Mandarin speaking and written.
3. More than 6 years work experience at sourcing/purchasing/merchandiser position, at least, 3 years in toy or small gift industry. Preferable for an European based headquarters
4. Can read and understand simple drawings. Have the common knowledge of factory production.
5. Have knowledge of international trade.
6. Strong negotiating skills and good at factory control.
7. Be able to work pro-active, independent and handle multiple projects/products under pressure.
8. Loyal and honest to company, and strong team spirit.
9. Can travel from time to time.
10. Work experience in premium is a plus.
11. Engineering background is a plus.
12. Applicant with European roots is considered a plus
13. Available latest by January 1st 2017.
