职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Plan, lead, develop and execute HR strategies to fulfill the HR role and mission with consultation with the Management
2.Supervise a group of HR staffs to fulfill the HR functions
3.Ensure HR administration and payroll is done accurately and timely
4.In charge of all recruitment needs and actively involved in manpower planning
5.Plan and fulfill the learning, training and development needs of the Company
6.Review of HR policies and procedures to align with existing regulations and ensure full compliance
7.Facilitate performance management and encourage staffs’ engagement

Requirements:
1.At least a Bachelor’s Degree in HR related
2.Minimum 5 years of working experience in a managerial capacity and in an electronics manufacturing industry is an added advantage
3.Familiar with China’s and Suzhou’s region labor policies and regulations
4.Experience in handling office relocation in China is an added advantage 举报 分享
