职位描述：
主要目的
?协助产品的评价和测试的产品类别的产品组合,以确保遵守所有质量、性能、安全性和可靠性的规范和标准；
?支持所有相关技术文档的更新新产品和现有产品。

主要职责
?评估和分析新的和现有的产品符合性能,质量,可靠性和安全性规范和标准；
?协助测试和产品对比测试，以达到产品改进,技术改进或节约成本的目的；
?在时间和成本效益的方式，有效的分配资源；
?支持基于检测和评估结果的改进产品；
?支持创建产品评估报告、技术规范和QA表；
?支持工程测试设备和物资管理；
?支持产品维护活动的要求,由工程管理；
?支持产品测试计划创建和测试装置的测试和评估产品；
?沟通和界面有效地与产品工程师、测试工程师、供应商质量工程师、工程支持等对所有的产品组合很重要；

MAJOR PURPOSES
?Assist the product evaluations and testing for the product category portfolio of products to ensure compliance with all quality, performance, safety and reliability specifications and standards
?Support the update of all related Technical document for new products and existing products.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
?Evaluate and analyze new and existing products for compliance with performance, quality, reliability and safety specifications and standards.
?Assist the tests and product comparison testing in order to recommend product improvements, technology improvements or cost saving opportunities.
?Utilize allocated resources efficiently to complete tasks on time and in cost effective manner.
?Support product improvement based on findings of testing and evaluation.
?Support the creation of product evaluation reports, technical specifications and QA sheets.
?Support engineering test equipment and supplies management.
?Support product maintenance activities as required and directed by engineering management.
?Support product test plan creation and test fixtures for the testing and evaluation of products.
?Communicate and interface effectively with Product Engineer, Testing Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Engineering Support, etc regarding all product portfolio matters.
?Support technical documents review such as OIPM, catalog page, product nameplates and package labeling for content and safety information.
?Maintain technical information accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
?A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
?1+ years relevant work experience in a similar capacity is preferred. Electrical, mechanical or manufacturing engineering areas of study are preferred.
?Diverse work experience background that is inclusive of all of the following areas: Laboratory, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Field Service is preferred
?Must be detail oriented.
?Rdirects attention effectively to new and different priorities as directed by senior staff.
?Proven engineering skills are required in product analysis and failures, technical problem solving, and multi-tasking.
?Ability to procure, read, understand, and interpret technical reports, specifications and test data.
?Requires strong communication skills, willingness to work in a dynamic team environment, a healthy attitude and a keen sense of urgency in completing tasks on time.
?Set a high personal integrity in conducting business with suppliers worldwide. Ensure compliance to the laws, business guidelines and ethical standards set by Grainger as well as local and the U.S. governments.
?Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
?Demonstrated proficiency in the use of various hand tools, power tools and test equipment meters.
?Able to travel 10-15% of time.
?Ability to read and write English, average oral English skills.

?设置一个高的个人诚信做生意的全球供应商。确保遵守法律、商业准则和道德标准格兰杰以及地方和美国政府；
?熟练使用Microsoft Office:Word,Excel,PowerPoint,前景,等等；
?演示了熟练的使用各种手动工具,电动工具和测试设备米；
?能够适应出差10 - 15%的时间；
