Summary of Job Function :
工作职责
1. Establishes process and procedures to govern the implementation of product changes to current production programs. 建立和管理在生产产品更改流程和程序。
2. Distribute and release RFC according to RFC process. 根据更改要求流程发布更改要求
3. Develops implementation plans for product and process changes. Follow up timeline and implementation status. 为产品及流程的更改制定更改计划，跟踪时间表及完成状况
4. Coordinates internal teams, suppliers, and our customers to ensure a successful and timely implementation by performing the following duties. 协助内部团队，供应商及客户确保完成计划
5. Coordinates the submission of PPAP's to customers by the target date in the proper format. 协助团队按时用正确的格式提交PPAP给客户
6. Training new staff for change management. 培训新员工更改管理流程.

Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能

1. Develops Coordination plans needed for approvals and implementation of “Changes”. 根据具体更改内容制定批准及执行计划
2. Gathering documentation and information needed for obtaining appropriate approvals as necessary. 收集文件和信息以获得必要的批准
3. Generates and distributes RFC/ECN approval distribution, change alerts, implementation timelines and move/transfer checklist (after the necessary approvals are obtained). 发放RFC/ECN批准，更改通知，执行时间表以及转移确认表（在获得必须的批准以后）
4. Schedules and facilitates review & status meeting as necessary. 安排状态回顾、确认会议
5. Communicates with internal departments, customers and suppliers by phone, in person, and electronically. 跟内部部门，客户以及供应商沟通联系
6. Confirms date of shipment of the product reflecting the change with the Production Control Department and coordinates as necessary with Quality department. 与生产计划部门确认产品的出货日期，协助质量部门解决相关问题
7. Works with Customer Service Representative to establish and review build-out quantities, shipping information, and PO updates, as well as reviews status of bank quantities and inventory as necessary. 与客户服务代表合作，确认出货信息，PO更新以及备货数量
8. Support TS16949 & ISO14001implementation and continuous improvement. 支持TS16949及ISO14001的执行及持续改善
9. Other assignments from management完成公司交给的其他任务
10. Understand company’s quality policy and environmental policy. Follow company’s Quality System and Environmental Management Manual. 了解公司的质量方针和环境方针, 严格执行公司质量体系和环境管理手册的规定。
11. Training the new staff on the Change Management Process and file record in HR. 培训新员工更改管理流程并向提交培训记录
12. 9. Maintain monthly department goal report。 更新每月部门目标表

Know-How Requirements
职位要求
1. 1 Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business English. 本科以上学历，工程或英语专业。
2. At least 5 years related working experience, familiar with project management. Have experience in customer service or Quality is preferred. 至少5年相关工作经验,熟悉项目管理, 有客服经验或质量经验者尤佳。
3. Familiar with MS-OFFICE。 能熟练运用办公自动化软件
4. Fluency in oral and written English。 流利的外语口语和读写能力
