In order to support the high speed growth, PEER China now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of Product Development Engineer. The position will be located in Xinchang or Changshan (Zhejiang Province) and report to Engineering Director.

Job Summary
As member of Product Development team, develop new product together with global application engineering team, product management team and manufacturing, and ensure the design meet application and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
? As member of Product Development team, develop new product according to new product development project requirement.
? To discuss and finalize product design together with Global Application engineers to ensure the design meet application requirement.
? To discuss the feasibility of the design together with process engineers so to meet manufacturing requirement.
? Finalize test plan together with test lab, follow test process, and decide next action according to test result.
? Follow up the sample preparation and mass production to ensure the project is running according to the plan.
? Resolve quality issues along with other functions.

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering (bearing, mechanical design or manufacturing etc.)
? Minimum 2 years bearing industry working experience, familiar with bearing design, manufacturing processes, material, heat treatment, application for bearings etc.
? Proficient in English.
? Familiar with AutoCAD and Office etc. software.
? Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
? Creative and team worker.
? Interested at Product Development work, and willing to stay in this area in long term.
