职位描述：
1.负责公司人力资源政策及人才保留计划的制定和执行；
2.定义公司招募需求，制定招募计划，发布招聘广告；
3.负责建立企业人才库；
4.培训、薪酬、绩效等人力资源管理
5.规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作；
6.负责人力资源内部的组织管理；
7.分析相关资料，进行企业人力资源诊断，并对相关政策进行完善。
岗位要求：
1.人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历,具有人力资源管理师资格者优先；
2.具有5年人力资源管理相关经验，具备欧美制造业企业工作经验者优先 ；
3.熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
4.具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，有亲和力，较强的责任感与敬业精神；
5.熟练使用常用办公软件及网络应用；
6.具备熟练的英语沟通能力者优先；
7.工作地点：太仓
