职位描述：
1. Make the monthly recruitment plan and complete daily interview according to hiring needs raised by Operations, including screening and first round interviews with the candidates, coordinate & arrange the interviews with the line managers, and follow up the interview feedbacks.
根据运营部的招聘需求，制订月度招聘计划并开展日常招聘工作，包括前期的初试筛选，到后期协调安排业务部门复试，以及面试结果追踪等一系列的面试活动。
2. Complete hiring tasks in timely and effective manner. Keep good and smooth communication and cooperation with Operations
及时高效地完成招聘任务, 并能与运营部保持良好的沟通和合作。
3. Continuously explore and analyze the recruitment channels in local F&B market to ensure recruitment quality and effectiveness
持续开拓并分析市场上各类招聘渠道以确保招聘的质量和效果
4. Set up the talents pool on regular basis
负责建立公司人才库，做好人才的储备和选拔
5. Responsible for the on-board procedure, probation period assessment and coordinate the performance review
负责新员工入职，定期了解新员工的情况，协调员工试用期间考察
6. Complete other tasks as assigned.
完成直接上级交办的其他工作

Requirements
任职要求
1. College degree above
专科以上学历
2. At least 3-5 years experience in recruitment and management, preferred in F&B industry.
三至五年以上招聘及管理经验，有餐饮行业经验优先。
3. Be familiar with kinds of recruitment channels and with good resources or network.
熟悉各种招聘模式及招聘渠道，在业内有良好和广泛的招聘资源。
4. Good at English （writing and speaking）
