REPORTS TO: Market Development Manager - AMCR



LOCATION: Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou



PURPOSE:

To identify and follow government key projects such as food safety, environment, clinical, forensic toxicology, chemical testing, build key account relations, search for all related documents, tenders, provide funding size and location, coordinate the bidding documents, dealer arrangement with sales group.



Contribute to the sales strategy to further grow the SM revenue and increase the market share for the AB Sciex mass spectrometry products in China.



Responsibilities:

To be trained in the AB Sciex latest product portfolio, understand AB Sciex China MSS current SM strategy and the market dynamics (competition and market trend).
To provide high-level business interactions with the government's key customers & opinion leaders in China to build a strong and solid connections between the AB Sciex China MS team and these VIP's.
Continue to manage the key customer relations, work with customers to understand their work and needs, convince or guide them to choose AB Sciex mass spectrometry products and workflow.
Being actively involved in the sales process and communicating with the China MS teams to share the knowledge in China SM market dynamics.
Identify and work with the SM opinion leaders in China and related government funding bodies to find out the SM market trend, the funding situation within 2 years and propose the strategies to further expand this market.



Qualifications:



Master degree in Bio-analytical chemistry or related discipline, a Bachelor degree but with more than 5 year working experience may also be considered. A PhD degree is preferred.
At leaset 5 years working experience in mass spectrometry sales or marketing with small molecule analysis knowledge an advantage.
Excellent mass spectrometry product knowledge on both small molecules and proteomics applications
Experienced in customer relation building with good knowledge in the small molecule industry and inter personal skills.
Excellent presentation and communications skills in both Chinese and English.
Ability to travel within the territory to carry out primary responsibilities.
