职位描述：
- Assist in interactions with lenders and potential lenders, including answering questions lenders raise in preparing credit applications, preparing conditions precedent documents for bank facilities, etc.

- Handle daily transactions under bank facilities, including new drawdowns, rollovers, repayment, FX, etc.

- Interact with warehouse companies / collateral managers to arrange pledge and release of materials related to bank facility utilizations.

- Preparation of periodic reports to the Head Office, including bank utilization, bank facilities dashboard, etc.

- Participate in periodic Group Treasury conference calls and provide update on Treasury activities at GEMSHA.

- Assist is English-Chinese translation when needed.
