The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing the overall Ocean Heights Media/Swarm business development programs. The Business Development Manager will work as a team with the Executive Chairman and CEO and report to the CEO.

Seeking opportunities for business development within the entertainment industry

Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
建立与现有客户的关系，以增加客户目前在本公司的消费
Identifies trends by researching industry and related events through social media, publications, and announcements
通过社交媒体，出版物和其他公告来确定行业趋势和相关活动
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
通过联系潜在合作伙伴找出潜在的合作关系，发掘新的机会
Closes new business deals by coordinating resources and connecting prospects and the correct internal department.

Protects organization's value by keeping IP information confidential.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Responsible for heading up expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
为公司开拓新市场，为已有客户持续开拓市场
Responsible for motivation and management of junior Business Development team members
