Responsibilities

?Sourcing
资源开发
oWork closely with the team members to effectively conduct sourcing projects including raw material, new projects, MRO.
与团队成员们一起从原材料，新项目和MRO方面有效的对项目资源开发整合
oManage the supplier panel: identify trustworthy suppliers and vendors by considering project plan, cost, payment term, lead-time, service and etc.
管理供应商平台：依据项目计划、成本、付款条件、订交货时间，和服务等以开发可靠的供应商
oDevelop supplier base for each commodity including metal sheets, mechanical / electrical parts and etc.
有针对性的对每一种商品，包括金属片、机械、电气部件、及其他进行供应商的开发
oImplement proper way to ensure the competitive price and commercial terms from market, responsible for price investigation and cost control assignments.
通过适合的途径以确保在市场上有竞争力的价格和商业条款，并负责进行价格调研和成本控制评估
oSupport the negotiation teams with conceptual and fact-based information and opportunities to drive significant structural cost reduction improvement.
为谈判团队提供谈判可能性，并基于理论和实际使得结构成本的缩减有效提高
oWork closely with the quality, supplier management and R&D Team to lead new or regular vendor and suppliers’ evaluation process.
与质量、供应商管理和研发团队紧密合作，并带领团队进行新老供应商的评估
oManage and increase supplier performance, and implement the continuously improvement projects.
管理并持续施行可提高供应商工作的项目
oOptimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
优化资源整合过程以达到效益最大化
oOptimize suppliers’ portfolio for LX products category
o依据LX产品类别优化供应商目录

?Procurement
采购
oEstablish purchasing strategy for assigned commodities and draft Standard Operating Procedures for procurement
依据指定商品建立购买策略，并草拟标准采购操作流程
oAssist the BU managers to manage the daily operations of procurement function according to the production planning and forecast, the details including order processing system, logistics, on time delivery and etc.
协助BU经理基于生产计划和预测进行日常采购方面的管理，详细内容包括：订单处理系统，物流，准时交货等等
oResponsible for compiling purchasing contracts, organizing contract negotiation, and related risk management tasks.
负责收集采购合同，组织合同谈判和相关的危机管理任务
oResponsible for the commercial and financial issues of purchasing contracts, and managing related job including payment management
负责采购合同中的商务和财务问题，并管理相关的工作事项，其中包括付款管理
oBe accountable for the efficient purchase and the correctness of data maintained in ERP system
负责保证实施高效购买以及维护ERP系统中数据的准确性
oProvide guidance and instructions to the subordinates
向下属进行指导和说明

Requirements
职位要求

?Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Industrial / Science)
工程类专业（机械/工业/科学）
?Minimum 10 years of experience in auto/metal/precision reltaed manufacturing supply chain management, especially 5 years experience focus on sourcing function
至少10年汽车/金属/精密或相关制造业的供应链管理经验。并有5年资源开发经验
?Start-up experience (systematic sourcing and qualification of new suppliers) is a plus
具备项目启动阶段经验（系统化的资源开发和新供应商的资质评估）为佳
?Knowledge of quality certification ISO9001, TS16949, ISO13485 is preferable
有ISO9001，TS16949, ISO13485管理经验为佳
?Experience in SQA is preferable
有SQA经验为佳
?Experience dealing with dual reporting lines (local and headquarters for local and headquarters sourcing)
有双重汇报线经验（针对本地及本部的资源开发）
?Fluent in English and Mandarin
