Overview:
In your new role as IT Manager naked Hub you will be responsible for managing all IT infrastructure and systems for our fast growing co-working business. You will be part of the naked Innovation Team (nIT), a group of passionate technology professionals who leverage technology to improve the lives of our customers and make the world a better place.

Core Responsibilities:
？ Support from the IT-side naked Hub's aggressive business expansion plan in your region.
？ Providing IT support and troubleshooting directly to our fast growing community of naked Hub members.
？ Define and implement overall system architecture and standards across all naked Hub locations in your region.
？ Identify opportunities for leveraging cutting-edge technology to constantly improve our member experience.
？ Project manage IT-related efforts during all new naked Hub locations' pre-opening period.
？ Manage all system integration efforts across naked Hub's internal and vendor systems.
？ Follow and refine IT-related standard procedures (SOPs) and documentation standards across all hub locations.
？ Rollout IT standard of nakedHub to your region.
？ Onsite and/or remote support to local nakedHub(s).

Qualifications:
？ At least 3 years of work experience in IT infrastructure and network management
？ Basic knowledge of Security System/CCTV/AV System/Print System
？ Basic knowledge of Cloud service structure
？ Broad knowledge of current technology landscape
？ Rigorous in time-management and driving follow-ups to ensure successful project completion
？ Curious mindset and quick learner
？ Hospitality and service mentality; along with our Community Managers you will be on the front line of delivering the naked Hub Service eXperience to our customers and therefore you must be a living embodiment of our brand values of Fresh, Fun, Green, Great.

Education:
？ Bachelor or Masters degree in IT or related subject from accredited university 举报 分享
