职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 整理及分析目标行业、同行业信息，评估潜在商机并撰写相应方案；
2、 多渠道快速开发潜在客户，拓展公司业务；
3、 完成客户谈判及签订书面合同文件，达成相应开发量目标；
4、 与销售人员、客户服务部门以及其他部门保持沟通以便能分析市场趋势和客户需求；
5、 负责与销售有关的广告宣传计划、促销活动等，并负责其策划，执行，及评估；
6、 建立及整理客户档案，与客户建立长期互利的合作关系。


任职资格
1、大学专科以上学历，市场营销、企业管理专业优先。
2、熟悉房地产行业，具备良好地经营管理知识面及营销实战经验者优先；
3、对市场有敏锐的触觉，策略性思维，有整体把控能力，良好的沟通能力及执行力。
4、熟练使用internet及office办公软件，英语书写和口语流利;
5、具有良好的亲和力、优秀的适应能力、独立的学习能力及良好的团队合作精神。 举报 分享
