职位描述：
Machine sales and administration:
1) Collect visit reports, inquiry and project list from sales staff, file and follow up action points, saved on the server.
2) Preparation of bid documents.
3) Update, translate the machine quotation and make price breakdown and store on the server.
4) Customer data base on the server.
5) Maintain machine file and store order information on the server.
Contract handling responsibilities:
1) On receipt of machine order liaise with salesman to ensure smooth transition of contract details.
2) Machine ordering, to process below; A. Sold with local contract but made in Germany - Issue order confirmation. B. Machines ordered direct with Germany and made in Germany – Sign contract and forward to Germany.
3) Discuss with each department and generate milestone plan. Approve with Germany/senior management in China before sending to customer.
4) Liaise with technical and production department to make sure smooth transition of contract details.
5) Generate sample requests and send to the customer.
6) Coordinate contracts from machine order to successful FAT including change management, monitoring of payment terms.
7) Update machine order status and outstanding payment weekly.
Customer relations management:
1) Preparation of updated customer information for implementation of CRM system.
2) Maintain customers, competitors and partners data base for each sales area and store on the server.
3) Organize and entertain customers during FAT’s in China or coordinate arrangements for FAT’s in Germany. 举报 分享
