职位描述：
Job Description:
- Provide efficient administrative support to Executive in terms of managing and maintaining executive’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
 - Prepare reports, presentations and other documents where needed timely and accurately.
 - Support and arrange department monthly and quarterly meetings, conferences and events
 - Collect pre-work, information, meeting minutes and next step.
 - Build a good rapport and network with internal related departments at all level for smooth coordination.
 - Liaise and interact with incoming visitors
 - Monitor department expenses i.e. traveling expenses, stationary, IT facilities, team activities, etc. ensure they are in line with the budget.
 - Review administrative practices and implement improvements where necessary

 Qualifications
 - New graduate or final year student of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields
 - Having standard knowledge of office administration, practices and procedures would be a plus.
 - Fluent in English. (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading)
 - Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Service-minded with positive attitude.
 - Proficient computer skills (MS.Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
