Qualifications:

Professional Eng. Degree, Equivalent Work Experience with Post Secondary Education or Minimum 5 years of work related experience in industry.

工程专业本科及以上学历，至少5年相关工作经验。

Must have working knowledge of machining practices, tooling principles, fixture gauging requirements, design, geometric tolerance, plant layout, problem solving methodology, project management, machine studies, APQP, DFMEA / PFMEA / Control Plans, ISO/QS/TS Stds

必须有以下工作经验和专业知识：加工,加工原理、夹具量规的需求分析,设计,公差,厂房的布置,解决问题的方法、项目管理、机械研究、APQP、DFMEA / PFMEA、控制计划、ISO / QS / TS Stds

Objective:

Duties & Responsibilities:

a) Project Eng.

Lead team in project launched for new equipment and customer program launches负责 带领团队在新设备和客户计划发起的项目

Maintain budget and control expenditures to meet budget

b) Manufact. Eng.

Recommend Equipment Selection推荐设备选型

Plant Layout Coordination工厂布置协调

Engineering Change Validation工程变更验证

Liaison with customer Engineering DFMEA与顾客协调工程DFMEA

c) Design

Coordinate Part, Process and Tooling drawing development and procurement 协调部分,工艺和模具图纸开发和采购
