职位描述：
业务运营助理 Business Operation Assistant (Report to: GM/Swiss)

Job Description:
- Communication with client companies for potential business opportunities
- Select and screen suppliers for company needs
- Assist General Manager to monitor sales target execution by each store, identifying gaps and issues, and following up with sales for solutions and actions
- Continuously optimize existing processes by collaborating and facilitating communication with sales staff and other functions
- Provide wide range of executive and secretarial support to the General Manager
- Coordinate with department managers to communicate General Manager’s instruction and requests
- Provide support to General Manager for business meetings including translation and negotiation
- Organize and arrange meeting logistics and run down, prepare meeting material, agenda and minutes
- Any other ad hoc assignment / instruction from the General Manager

Requirements
- University degree or above
- Minimum 2 years working experience, preferred in marketing, legal or other business fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Open minded and willing to learn
- Excellent English speaking and writing
- Familiar with MS Office software
- Self discipline and self motivated
