EVENT SPECIALIST (JOB DESCRIPTION)
? Coordinating & participating in all aspects of the planning, coordination and execution of corporate tradeshows / conferences, as directed by Event Lead to meet budget and required timelines
? Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the marketing services group to identify and prioritize event goals, select appropriate products and promotional materials to be displayed at events.
? Coordinating with the Marketing Managers and Product Marketers to ensure applicable products are prominently featured at events, i.e., special offers, discounts, draws and feature products
? Recommending, negotiating and coordinating display and sponsorship opportunities to increase corporate and product awareness at the event - as directed by Event Lead
? Coordinating event promotional opportunities including pre-show mailings/promotions, premiums, on-site marketing initiatives, advertising and post show fulfillment
? Sourcing, recommending and negotiating event services with suppliers/contractors to leverage buying power to secure reasonable rates; e.g., A/V, computer, display equipment, prizes, promotional items, speakers, catering, etc. - as directed by Event Lead;
? Arranging pre-planning and post analysis meetings.


Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing field.
University Degree, international experience is a must
Excellent knowledge of all marketing tools
Strong Analytical & problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English and Basic Chinese (would be perfect but not necessary)
Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Ppt)
Team spirit, pro-active, passionate and very hands-on
