Position Summary:
职位概述
Build up and standardize the manufacturing(Testing) process. Provide technical support on daily production operation, solving the problem regarding Testing process and related quality issues. Implement lean transformation, continuously improve production efficiency. 建立制造工艺标准，推进生产流程标准化。支持生产日常工作，解决生产过程中的测试工艺及相关质量问题。推进精益生产，优化生产效率。

Position Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Responsible for manufacturing process preparation for new product, testing technique importing and update负责新产品的工艺准备和测试工艺改进
2. Responsible for production cost analysis, setup standard hour.负责生产成本分析，制定标准工时
3. Supervise and perform newly set-up Equipment / line buy-off, include designing, pruchaseing, field installation & acceptance of testing. 领导测试设备的设计，采购，安装和验证
4. Establish maintenance and upkeep plan for production equipments, work with maintenance department to build spare parts inventory and implement maintenance and upkeep plan. 制定保养和维护计划，督促设备部门建立备用零件的库存以及测试设备的保养
5. Implement and track Engineering Change Notice process flows执行和跟踪工程变更
6. Establish annual training plan, train testing technician on schedule.制定培训计划，提高测试技术员的技能
7. Continuously improve and optimize testing process. 负责测试工艺的持续改进和优化.
8. Understand and analyze electrical schematic diagram, diagnose machine stoppage and provide problem-solving approach on time通过理解电气原理图负责诊断和维修故障机器
9. Responsible for testing software development and update负责测试软件的开发和维护
10. Responsible for testing data collectiong and analysis负责测试数据收集分析
11. Assist Product Engineer to improve product designing协助产品工程师改善产品设计
12. Work with Supplier Quality Engineer on parts quality improving协助供应商质量工程师改善零部件质量
13. Implement lean transformation, participate in RIE, continuously optimize manufacturing process推动精益生产，支持RIE改善，持续优化制造工艺
14. Other jobs assigned by manager部门经理安排的其他工作

Experience and Skills Required:
经验和技能要求
1. BS degree or above, major in Machinery or Electrical机械或电气专业本科以上学历
2. Above 3 years experience in product designing, manufacturing or testing in foreign company（外资机械行业）三年以上产品设计、制造或测试经历
3. Experience in IE, Lean or project management is plus具备工业工程、Lean或项目管理经验者优先
4. Be familiar with ISO9001/TS16949熟悉质量体系标准.例如ISO9001/TS16949
5. Be familiar with mechnical assembly, know well about the characteristics of assembly有一定机械装配知识，熟悉装配特性.
6. Good experience in Lean transformation良好的精益生产的参与和组织的经验
7. Good communication capability and team work spirits具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
8. Strong handson skills, troub-shooting capability动手能力强，有快速解决问题的能力
9. Be familiar with Labview/Labwindows, NI-DAQ and instrument and meter熟悉Labview/Labwindows等编程软件，熟悉NI-DAQ和各种仪器测量仪表的使用 举报 分享
