Single task and responsibilities:



Website / Webshop

·Set-up, running and maintenance of local wmf.cn website based on international wmf.de

·Project coordination with WMF AG HQ IT department

·Conversion and localization of frontend together with Marketing Manager

·Establishment of backend solution for Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with IT service partners

·Select and establish working relationship with relevant payment providers

·Development and implementation of search engine optimization strategies (SEO)



e-Commerce

·Active Business Development, establishment and growth of e-Commerce business

·Key Account Management for all relevant e-Commerce platforms in China

·Coordinate range selection, brand appearance, marketing activities, product availibility, payment discipline



Qualifications

·Relevant Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience in online sales / marketing required

·Familiarity with e-commerce business models and great project management skills

·Proven track record in developing successful e-commerce sites and ability to drive new business initiatives

·Profound technical understanding paired with online sales and marketing experience

·Flexible, self motivated, structured working organisation, hands on mentality but able to work strategically also

·Ability to represent international premium brand with German origin, pleasant appearance, good communication skills (Chinese, English)
