RESPONSIBILITIES
? Manage assigned NPD projects from conception through commercial delivery
? Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of technical project proposalsfor customers including resource planning, specifications, timelines, budgets, and detailed task management
? Develop detailed project plans and manage implementation processes for selected projects including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and on-time delivery within defined budget
? Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of assigned projects
? Coordinate activities and tasks with project stakeholders throughout the organization, primarily in China and USA, but occasionally with personnel in Europe and South Asia
? Closely manage resources, risks and barriers to ensure timely response and completion as required
? Drive project team members to provide timely status updates and completion of project assignments to project plan
? Regularly communicate project status, risks, and barriers to project team and upper management with heavy use of technology toolsfor traceability
? Improve project management capability by designing and implement project standards and policy

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
? University Degree in science or engineering field
? 5+ years experience as project manager for complex, multi-discipline technical projects; Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
? Experience with both traditional waterfall project management and agile methodology
? Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals
? Significant experience using MS Project or similar project management software tools
? Organized and punctual personality with ability to manage detailed project plans while keeping focus on big picture goals
? Skilled in influencing and communicating with peers and upper management to keep project on task, gather and provide status updates, and remove project barriers
? Ability to interface directly with customers to collect project requirements, negotiate project timeline planning, and provide regular project updates
? Strong communication with good English language writing/speaking skills
? Basic financial knowledge
