职位描述：
1、参与网站需求分析,进行系统框架设计。
2、根据新产品开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的应用模块。
3、根据需要不断修改完善网站内容。
4、Web/数据库服务器管理，调优。
5、Web访问性能测试、分析、调整与实现。

6、负责软件更改说明、功能特性说明等开发文档编写工作。

任职要求：

1、二年以上相关工作经验；
2、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业背景，英语熟练；

3、拥有PHP，Asp.net网站程序开发经验，拥有良好的代码习惯，要求结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性较强，代码冗余率低；

4、精通JavaScript，熟悉HTML、CSS等Web应用知识，有良好的设计表现能力和理解能力；

5、熟练掌握至少1种数据库（MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server），精通数据库SQL编程和使用；

6、具有大中型网站架构设计和环境搭建经验，参与过负载均衡搭建者优先；

7、熟悉Apache、IIS、Tomcat等应用服务器以及在windows server、 Linux操作系统下的部署。
8、具有很强的学习能力和对新技术的追求精神，能够独立承担项目开发工作，具有比较强的责任心，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。
