Objectives of the positions,职位目标：

Focus on Volvo E-Coat technical support,work on the analysis and adaptation of products to ensure the requirement

of product and satisfaction of customer on spot.

Main Responsibilities, 主要职责：

1. 质量控制 Quality Control

1) 按照公司产品的质量标准，在客户生产过程现场对产品工艺参数进行控制。以保证产品达到公司及客户的质量要求。According to the quality standards set by company, control the technological parameter of products on the customer's site to meet the requirements of both company and customer.

2) 测量和跟踪产品的各项数据，并及时分析各类数据变动趋势，为产品质量提供正确的数据。Survey and follow different data of products and timely analyze its changing tendency to provide correct data to ensure good quality.

2. 产品调整，检测 Product Adaptation and Testing

1) 通过取样，检验及分析及时将产品调整的建议告知客户，以达到客户对产品的要求。Through sample taking, testing and analyzing, timely notice the customer of adaptation suggestion of products to meet the requirements of customers

2) 对产品质量指标的检验，来跟踪和监督客户对产品使用的全过程。Test the product's quality norm, follow and supervise customer's using process of our product.

3. 协调 Coordinating

1) 协调与客户之间的沟通，并及时处理客户提出的问题，保持和客户间建立良好的合作；与全球客户组保持联系，向沃尔沃客户经理提供工作报表及工作现场问题；保持与保证公司的业务顺利开展。Communicate with customers and timely handle the problems put by customers. Keep good cooperation with customers to ensure the smooth development of company business;Keep in touch with Global Account and report to Volvo Account Manager.

4. 文档管理 Files Keeping

1) 负责整理并保管产品调整及技术参数的原始数据。Be responsible for arrange and keep the original records of all data of production adaptation and technological parameters.

5. 新颜色试线 Color Match Activity

1) 协调新颜色的试线，根据团队战略争取获得最大成果。Arrangement and handling of the trial for new color. Making effort to get good result according to team strategy.

Requirements 要求:

1) 化工专业本科毕业或以上学历 College graduate or above with major in chemical

2) 三年以上相关技术支持工作经验 +3 years of e-coating relevant technical support or R&D experience.

3) 英语要求具备可以与客户、巴斯夫海外交流沟通的听说读写平

English Proficiency:Spoken and written English is necessary for communication with customer and BASF overseas.

4) First two years in Chengdu(成都), then will be back to Shanghai（上海）
