职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. 完成销售任务，贯彻执行公司的销售策略
2. 制定省区经销客户生意计划及阶段促销方案
3. 发展与管理经销商，协助经销商建立市场运作体系
4. 负责省区日常销售运营事务，包括客户拜访、谈判、市场考察、促销执行等
5. 对当地经销商分销人员进行管理、培训及绩效考核

Qualification:
1. 大专及以上学历
2. 5年以上工作经验，3年以上快消品行业经销渠道管理经验
3. 擅长开发客户,有大区、省区经理职位经历
4. 良好的沟通能力及影响力
