职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, supports routine planning and procurement of various commodities using an MRP system. Assists in expediting and confirming open purchase orders in support of production schedules and capital/MRO materials and services. Responsible for ensuring data integrity within the MRP system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)

? Periodic verify status of open orders with suppliers

? Obtain supplier confirmation of purchase orders and delivery dates

? Contact suppliers on a regular basis to expedite deliveries of open orders including escalation to management at supplier

? Verify and track status of incoming shipments through communication with suppliers, third party logistics and KeytronicEMS logistics team

? Communicate areas of concern to appropriate buyer

? Audit and maintain data integrity in the MRP system for the department as defined by the company and/or department guidelines

? Compile data and assist in the preparation of reports as requested by Purchasing supervisors

? Participate in department process improvement and training teams

? Assist cross functional teams as assigned

? Perform other support duties as needed


SUPERVISION GIVEN/RECEIVED

This position has no supervisory responsibility and directly reports to next level supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

? High school or equivalent educational experience required

? At least one year working in a professional business setting

? Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment

? Sound written and oral communication skills; must be able to read and understand routine reports, follow oral and written instructions, and speak effectively

? Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and work with diverse groups of people

? Must have experience in use and operation of standard office equipment and be familiar with commonly used email, Internet, word processing, databases and spreadsheets

? Must have a high level of skill to handle sensitive and confidential situations and materials. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Associate Degree or higher in supply chain management, operations, or related field

? One to three years of experience working in purchasing, customer service, or marketing role dealing with suppliers and/or customers

? Experience in contract manufacturing and EMS industry desired with an emphasis in supporting an offshore manufacturing facility 举报 分享
