职位描述：
Daily HR operation work management to ensure the fundamental HR work is correct (Onboarding/Offboarding etc.);
First round checking for all C&B related documents (payroll, employee certificate; social insurance, annual adjustment etc.)
Work with HR manager to set up Compensation Structure;
Work with HR manager on HR system functional upgrade;
Manage the HR legal document record and summary(HR handbook review);
Support HR manager with Training Program;
Support HR manager with Talent Review;
Support HR manager with all kinds of Analysis;

Requirements：
6+ years working related working experience;
Good communication skills;
Proactive, independently attitude;
Logical thinking;
Good analysis skills;
