任职资格：Qualification
>1丶 全日制本科及以上学历，财会相关专业毕业。
>University graduate with financing and accounting qualification
>2丶 具有中级会计资格证书，必须有3年以上美国制造业企业相关工作经验。
>Qualified at least as senior accountant holder, CPA is preferred, at least 3 year experience in multi-national company with the similar position;
>3丶熟练使用Ｂｅｎ财务软件及office办公软件，对财务系统有实际操作经验。熟悉Baan
>Skilled at Microsoft Office operation and financial software preferred, familiar with Baan
>4丶熟悉墨西哥和美国的金融政策，企业财务制度及流程，精通相关财税法律法规。给企业提供建设性建议。
>Know well Mexico and US’S financial policy, company financial rules and procedures, master the accounting laws and rules in Mexico and US, can provide constructive suggestions at the professional point
>5丶有较强的成本管理丶风险控制和财务分析能力。
>Have a strong control power in cost management, risk control and financial analytical ability
>6丶精通年审，审计及纳税等相关事宜。
>Master the annual audit work and pay taxes.
>7丶优秀的英语读写能力，能够用英语进行商务沟通，能适应一定程度的国内外出差。
>Skilled written English and oral English is good, can travel as the job required.
>8丶良好的人际关系技巧，良好的分析能力，能够承受工作压力。
>Good interpersonal skills, good analytical ability, can work under pressure.
>9丶忠于职守，能保守秘密，有高度的工作热情和强烈的责任感。
>Loyal, keep secret, have strong working enthusiasm and responsibility.
>10、能出差墨西哥Tecate工厂或常驻
>Frequent tralve to Tecate plant of can be based in the plant
