职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY
？ Provides support in HR operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Perform recruitment arrangement. Handle the sourcing, screening, interview arrangement.
？ Administrate training coordination, collect and record result etc.
？ Handle new employee registration, orientation, and leaving formalities to ensure compliance with the respective procedures and policies, with complete records maintained.
？ Responsible for employees’ attendance records, leave application and OT records.
？ In charge of employee benefits such as birthday of employees, bithday gifts, etc.
？ Conduct the coordination of orientation, such as course arrangement, trainer confirmation, etc.
？ Other tasks assigned by manager


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
？ University student in HR, administration or related majors
？ Effective communication and patient attitude
？ Detail oriented
