职位描述：
Here’s what you will be doing:
● Working closely together with Key Account Management to ensure high quality of service delivery and certain rate of business growth
● Maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships as the first point of contact
● Conceiving and planning content and technical aspects of projects with the HR and IT departments of our international clients
● On-going project management including monitoring KPIs, anticipating and identifying customer needs, trouble-shooting and reporting with comprehensive data analysis
● communicate with some school clients that we are cooperate, mantiaining the relationship with those customers.
● Demonstrating our solutions and services to our customers and students persuasively
● Following up timely with students’ feedback and taking effective actions to ensure the satisfaction
● Developing strong working relationships with teams across Speexx globally in various departments i.e. Sales, Product Management, Training Management
Here’s what you will need:
● A degree in English or business or a similar degree
● An affinity for languages and new Internet technologies
● Advanced or professional level of English
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Confidence working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and with tight deadlines
● The ability to network and identify key stakeholders in a customer relationship.
● Excellent PC skills and good knowledge of MS-Office
● Strong analytical skills and a quick learner
● Enthusiasm and the ability to think strategically
● Have a high entreprenurial spirit and creativity to grow and improve the business
● Experience in the education or SaaS industries desirable
● Adapting to frequent business trip
● Experice in managing similar education service bussiness is a plus
