职位描述：
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or Above with major in Auto Engineering, Leather Engineering etc.
2. Good knowledge of leather spec, ex. wet blue, crust and finishing process etc.
3. Proficiency in English, oral and written.
4. Ability to solve problems in a systematic way.
5. Have a strong holistic view and high degree of courage, Integrity and business ethics.
6. Ability to manage multiple items at the same time without losing focus or quality.
7. Very good communication (verbal and written) and social skills
8. Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results.
9. Experienced in working cross-functionally.
10. Have a strong drive, leadership and ability to proactively develop and improve the supplier base.
11. Excellent technical and analytic skills with extensive experience in supplier manufacturing processes.
12. Ability to travel with high frequency.

Responsibility :
1. Support buyer and PD for crust and B parts supplier selection and assessment, identify risks during sourcing stage.
2. Participate in technical review with crust suppliers.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
4. Participate in the project meeting with cross function team.
5. Closely monitor supplier's program development status.
6. Train and support suppliers in using and implementing EO required quality assurance tools.
7. Secure supply base fully meet EO quality and capacity requirements.
8. Drive continuous improvements at supplier site.
9. Provide site Lessons Learned to program team and suppliers.
10. Drive implementation of lean deployment at supplier site.
11. Follow up open issues for suppliers until closure.
12. Support other quality engineers for crust issues. 举报 分享
